The simplest service we offer, for which there is no fee, is booking accommodation (hotels, resorts, all-inclusive packages or cruises), whether you have already selected the accommodation or you need a few recommendations!
All payments are made directly to the travel provider (hotel/resort/transportation company etc). The only amount payable directly to me is the planning fee, where applicable.
Even if you have already booked your accommodation, we may be able to intervene on your behalf to add some perks! So, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Travel Planning Service Options
Before, we get started, here is a brief overview of the levels of service we offer and the associated prices. Please note that this information is a general guide only and that you will always be provided with a quote before any contract is signed.
Bronze Service : Hotel bookings / Resort bookings/ Cruise bookings
If you already know where you want to stay, let us book it for you at no additional fee (and usually at a preferential rate).
If you need some help quickly determining the best options for your destination, we’ll send you the three best accommodation recommendations, given your taste and preferences while keeping your budget in mind.
If it happens to be a partner hotel, we can add special VIP perks, which typically include:
- Breakfast for two each morning
- A $50 to $100 hotel or resort credit, and
- Room upgrades/extended check-in & check-out whenever possible.

Silver Planning Travel Service : Destination Research and Accommodation Booking
If you know what city or cities you want to visit, but need some more information about the destination, as well as a place to stay and possible hotel transfer, this is the package for you, as you will receive detailed information about your chosen destination, accommodation recommendations and booking assistance, based on your specifications and budget.
Included in this package:
- Destination Guide
- Recommendations and booking for hotels, resorts, villas, all-inclusive stays and cruises.
Price : $150 for destination guide, up to 3 accommodation recommendations and bookings.
Gold Travel Planning Service : Itinerary Planning and Bookings
If you are ready to go somewhere, but don’t know exactly where, this package is for you! After a preliminary chat about your budget, style of travel and interests, you will receive a selection of location recommendations to select from, followed by a detailed itinerary, accommodation options and booking assistance once you have made your choice.
Included in this package is:
- Detailed travel Itinerary for all days of travel
- Recommendations for accommodation
- Booking of hotels, resorts, villas, all-inclusive stays, cruises
- Transportation arrangements (private transfers, car rentals, trains, ferries etc.)
- Ongoing communication with my travel partners to ensure VIP service & help with any unforeseen events/circumstances
Price : From $350 (per week of travel), depending on number of travelers and complexity of trip
Platinum Travel Planning Service : Itinerary Planning and Bookings, Activities, Restaurants and More
This is our premium service and is for you if you are looking for a complete bespoke package that requires a significant amount of research.
After a preliminary chat about your budget, style of travel and interests, you will receive a selection of location recommendations, followed by a detailed itinerary, accommodation options and booking assistance for all locations.
- Included in this package is:
- Itinerary for all days of travel with recommended activities and restaurants organized by theme and proximity
- Fine-tuned recommendations for accommodation
- Booking of hotels, resorts, villas, all-inclusive stays, cruises
- Transportation arrangements (private transfers, car rentals, trains, ferries etc.)
- Guided tours/activities
- Restaurant recommendations (and reservations if required)
- Ongoing communication with my travel partners to ensure VIP service & help with any unforeseen events/circumstances
Price: On application, depending on number of travelers and complexity of trip
Additional Information to Plan your Trip for Group Bookings
Please note that group bookings with 8 or more travelers will incur an additional non-refundable fee, due to the extra level of complexity this type of booking entails, as they require the advisor to reach out to locations individually for availability, and will probably also need a “holding” fee by the hotel.
The Next Steps to Plan Your Trip
Step 1. Getting to know you
Submit your Travel Inquiry Form, email me or set up a free 30 minute travel consultation, so we can get the process started. We will then have a chat about your requirements, travel style, interests, what you like and what you don’t, your previous trips, your budget and expectations,
Please be patient if we ask a lot of questions, as our goal is to make sure that we plan the best possible trip for you and that we create the perfect bespoke itinerary.
Step 2. Preparing the travel plan / itinerary
Once we know your requirements and have narrowed down your various options, this is when we start to formulate a plan. We will give you some ideas, and if you are happy with the overview we will ask you to pay the planning fees, where applicable.
We will then adjust the proposed itinerary, according to your specifications and provide a detailed daily itinerary and budget for your trip.
Step 3. Making the Bookings
Once we’ve built your proposal, discussed all of the details, and you are completely happy with the proposed itinerary, then we will begin to secure your VIP bookings. Once complete, we’ll suggest add-on services to complete your overall experience
Step 4. Final Preparations
About one week before departure, we will send you your final documents including all confirmations, contact numbers and your personalized itinerary. We will also check-in with the service providers to ensure that everything is flowing seamlessly, and that your trip really is the trip of a lifetime.
Step 5. Feedback
Once you return from your travels, we will follow up with you to find out what you enjoyed and what you didn’t so that we can tweak our itineraries to better meet your needs and those of other travellers in the future.
FAQS
It depends on the complexity of the travel plan. For simple hotel/resort bookings, this is possible at short notice. However, please be aware that as the travel date approaches, the options will be reduced. For complex itineraries, please contact me at least two months prior to the planned departure date.
Yes, when you book with one of our preferred partners (the list is extensive), and we will always provide a choice.
No, we do not have agreements in place with these platforms, but we do have hotels available on Expedia TAAP (Travel Agents Portal), which are the same hotels at a preferential rate. If you have a particular hotel in mind, let us know and we will find you the best available rate.
We are not able to book or recommend homes through these platforms. However, we do have a range of other home rentals available. If you prefer to book an Airbnb on your own, we are happy to help you with itinerary planning and excursion recommendations at your destination (although a planning fee will be applicable)
